At the Jayco Factory (at the front office and in the Customer Service area) in Middlebury, IN. GREAT Customer Service provided by the team! They went the extra mile to take care of all of our questions and issues! And the tour of the Class C factory line was really great too. Makes us want to drive a new RV home.
