We had The. Best. Time at South Padre. The weather was great. The water was excellent. The sand was soft and wonderful. The RV Park was right on the ocean. We wanted to stay forever.
The fridge started misbehaving during the day, not keeping things super cold and the rear brake light on the car broke. But these things happen on the road. The good news is we got a new brake light for the tow dolly so that’s good!
Highlights:
- Best ceviche restaurant (although slower than molasses in January)
- The kids got body boards and really had a blast
- Dolphin tour
- I made progress on my tan
- Late night walks on the beach
- Beach
