We’ve been talking about Crater Lake for a long time. The National Park website calls it “Deep Water in a Sleeping Volcano”. I mean, that’s pretty cool, and pretty much demands a visit. Provided the volcano stays asleep, that is.
It did. And Al and the kids had a really great time there. The views, so they tell me, were magnificent. The water was like a mirror so they could almost imagine it was an arch or a window. We’re planning on going again next summer because I still want to see it 🙂
