We always stop in Litchfield when we go from Minneapolis to Sioux Falls and vice versa. Usually our stop involves eating at the Pizza Ranch lunch buffet, chatting with Al’s dad and his wife for a while, then getting on the road.
This time, since we have the trailer, we decided to stay the night at a campground in town so we could spend more time with Lewis.
Litchfield has a super cute campground right on Lake Ripley with all the hookups so it was perfect.
We got there in the evening, had time to sit around chatting in the evening sun and the next morning got up for coffee and Pizza Ranch for lunch.
We left the trailer at a friend of Lewis’s so as to not have the whole RV in the city fiasco again and headed off to Minneapolis.
