Pacific Coast Highway: Rainbow Extravaganza

We’ve seen a lot of amazing things on our travels, but the rainbow extravaganza that happened as a result of a light mist and sunlight trying to peek through the clouds was unlike anything any of us have ever seen before.

I kid you not, we saw rainbows EVERYWHERE. And they were not wimpy little rainbows, but vibrant intense double rainbows with complete arcs.

These pics don’t do it justice, I missed most of the rainbows we saw because we couldn’t stop our 40+ foot rig fast enough.

After the rainbow amazingness, we stopped at Point Piedras Blancas to see the seals.
